26.1-17-33. Liquidation - Dissolution - Merger - Consolidation Any involuntary liquidation and dissolution of a health service corporation is governed by chapter 26.1-07. Any voluntary liquidation and dissolution is governed by chapter 10-33. Any merger or consolidation of a health service corporation is subject to the approval of the commissioner in accordance with the procedures set forth in chapter 26.1-07, but the consolidation or merger must be accomplished under chapter 10-33.
