§7–205.1. For fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include in the State budget an appropriation of $10,000,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bus Rapid Transit Fund established under § 2–802.1 of this article for bus rapid transit system grants in accordance with § 2–802 of this article.
