(225 ILCS 130/105) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 105. Disciplinary report. At the conclusion of the hearing, the hearing officer shall present to the Secretary a written report of his or her findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations. In the report, the hearing officer shall make a finding of whether or not the charged registrant or applicant violated a provision of this Act or its rules. (Source: P.A. 98-364, eff. 12-31-13.)
