Severability.
Miss. Code Ann. § 41-41-80
in effectThe provisions of Sections 41-41-75 through 41-41-80 are declared to be severable, and if any provision, word, phrase, or clause of Sections 41-41-75 through 41-41-80 or the application thereof to any person is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of Sections 41-41-75 through 41-41-80.
