Authorizing operation of commercial motor vehicle by disqualified individual; violation
Ind. Code § 9-24-6.1-8
in effectSec. 8. A person that knowingly allows, requires, permits, or authorizes an individual to operate a commercial motor vehicle during a period in which:
(1) the individual is disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle by the bureau or the appropriate authority from another jurisdiction; or
(2) the individual, the commercial motor vehicle, or the motor carrier operation is subject to an out-of-service order;
commits a Class C misdemeanor.
