Negotiability of bonds and interim certificates.
Miss. Code Ann. § 37-47-51
in effectAll bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter and all interim certificates issued under the provisions of this chapter, except those fully registered, shall be fully negotiable within the meaning and for all the purposes of the Uniform Commercial Code.
