Sec. 18. (a) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-25-3, IC 31-25-4, and IC 31-26-3.5, means a person who has applied for assistance for the applicant or another person. (b) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-27, means a person who seeks a license to operate a child caring institution, foster family home, group home, or child placing agency.
