(15 ILCS 330/1) (from Ch. 124, par. 12) Sec. 1. The Secretary of State is authorized to construct and equip not more than three buildings in Cook County, Illinois, on sites to be selected by him, said buildings to be used by the Secretary of State for the administration of laws relating to motor vehicles.
