The provisions of this chapter do not: 1. Authorize the practice of law by any person who is not an active member of the State Bar of Nevada or otherwise authorized to practice law in this State; or 2. Prohibit a person from representing or otherwise acting for himself or herself in a legal matter without the services of an attorney.
