(a) The district may issue refunding bonds to refund all or part of its outstanding bonds issued under this chapter, including matured but unpaid interest and obligations incurred under a credit agreement. (b) Refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by Chapter 1207 , Government Code. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 523 (S.B. 1223 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
