25-7-1309. Repeal of part. (1) This part 13 shall be repealed on the occurrence of any one of the following events: (a) Termination of the intergovernmental agreement by either the tribe or the state; or (b) Enactment of an explicit repeal by the general assembly, acting by separate bill.
