Sec. 6. (a) As used in this chapter, "HMO contract" means a contract under which a health maintenance organization (as defined in IC 27-13-1-19) undertakes to provide or arrange for the delivery of health care services to enrollees on a prepaid basis, except for enrollee responsibility for copayments or deductibles. (b) The term includes: (1) an individual contract (as defined in IC 27-13-1-21); and (2) a group contract (as defined in IC 27-13-1-16). As added by P.L.170-2022, SEC.38.
